The Summer Davos World Economic Forum in Dalian

The World Economic Forum, also known as Summer Davos, started in Dalian,  Liaoning  Province, in  the north-east  of  China.

The grand opening  ceremony  was held  at  the “Damai Center”, which was visited  by 18,000 spectators  that  evening.

Arina Domski, the Ukrainian soprano,  was  invited   to open the grand concert.  The singer  performed  Carl  Orff’s  “O Fortuna”,  as  well  as several  other  compositions  from her  repertoire.  In  addition to  the Ukrainian performer, artists from  China and America  also  participated
in  the concert.

Summer  Davos  is a series of conferences organized  for  scientists, businessmen and politicians under  the auspices of  the World  Economic
Forum. More than 1,500 experts from  ninety countries  will take part  in the discussions and debates.
